WithWine

An overview of setting up shipping in WithWine, with links to each step: shipping zones, order contents rules, rates, box sizes and carriers.

How to set up shipping for your brand

Create shipping zones for the areas you charge different shipping prices for, such as a state, a group of states or a postcode range.

How to create a shipping zone

Use the Postcode Filter to make a shipping zone cover only some postcodes in a state, for example a metro area.

How to limit a shipping zone to certain postcodes or ZIP codes

Create order contents rules such as "$200 or more" or "6 bottles or more" to use in your shipping rates.

How to create an order contents rule

Set the shipping price customers pay for each shipping zone and type of order, and put your rates in the right order.

How to set up shipping rates

Give customers free shipping when their order reaches a set amount, such as $200 or more.

How to offer free shipping over a set amount

Customers paying the wrong shipping price is almost always caused by the order of your shipping rates. Here's how to fix it.

Why is the wrong shipping rate being charged?

Let customers tell the courier they can leave the delivery at the door without a signature.

How to offer authority to leave

Make website orders a multiple of your box size, such as 6, 12 or 18 bottles, so bottles don't rattle around in part-full boxes.

How to limit website orders to full boxes

Let customers order now and ask you to hold their order for up to a set number of months before sending it.

How to let customers delay dispatch

WithWine uses the average bottle weight to work out postage when a product doesn't have its own shipping weight.

What is the average bottle weight used for?

Add the shipping boxes you use so WithWine can work out which boxes each order needs.

How to add your box sizes

Change the boxes WithWine uses for a particular number of bottles, for example one 12-pack instead of two 6-packs for 9 bottles.

How to change which boxes are used for an order size

Connect your Australia Post eParcel account to WithWine so you can buy Australia Post shipping labels from within your Orders screen.

How to connect Australia Post

Connect your Aramex account to WithWine so you can buy Aramex shipping labels from your orders. In WithWine, Aramex is listed as My Fastway.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
