After you add your box sizes, WithWine chooses boxes for every order size from 1 to 24 bottles. You can change these choices. For example, you might send 9, 10 or 11 bottles in one 12-pack instead of two 6-packs.
Before you start
Add your box sizes first.
Change the boxes for an order size
Go to Settings > My Brand > Shipping.
Scroll down to Default Boxes (by Order Size).
Find the order size you want to change, for example 9, and click Change.
In the Change Default Boxes for 9 Bottle Orders pop-up, use the − and + buttons next to each box to set how many of that box to use. For example, set 6-pack to 0 and 12-pack to 1.
Click Save in the pop-up.
The change is saved straight away. You don't need to click Save on the Shipping page as well.
What happens next
WithWine uses your choice for orders of that size. Order sizes you've changed no longer show a tick in the Generated column, so you can see which ones you've set yourself.
Reset all order sizes
Click Discard Changes and Regenerate to go back to WithWine's suggested boxes for every order size. This removes all the changes you've made.
Troubleshooting
My changes have gone. Someone may have clicked Discard Changes and Regenerate, which resets every order size. Make your changes again.
