Box sizes are the shipping boxes you pack orders in, such as a 6-bottle and a 12-bottle box. When you add your box sizes, WithWine works out which boxes to use for orders of 1 to 24 bottles. You can change these choices later.
Before you start
Measure each box you use: length, width and height in centimetres, and how many bottles it holds.
Add a box size
Go to Settings > My Brand > Shipping.
Scroll down to Box Sizes.
In the empty row, enter:
Bottle Count: how many bottles the box holds, for example 6
Length (cm), Width (cm) and Height (cm)
Friendly Name: a name your staff will recognise, for example 6-pack. WithWine fills this in as "BC" plus the bottle count (for example BC6) until you change it.
Click Add Box. The box appears in the list.
Repeat for each box you use.
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Example box sizes
6-pack: Bottle Count 6, 24 × 16 × 32 cm
12-pack: Bottle Count 12, 32 × 25 × 32 cm
You can also add smaller boxes, such as 1-bottle or 3-bottle boxes, for small orders.
Delete a box size
Click Delete next to the box. The box is deleted straight away. If you delete a box by mistake, add it again.
What happens next
WithWine fills in Default Boxes (by Order Size) below your box sizes. For example, with a 6-pack and a 12-pack, an order of 7 bottles uses two 6-packs and an order of 12 uses one 12-pack. You can change the boxes for any order size.
Troubleshooting
My box disappeared. The Shipping page wasn't saved. Add the box again and click Save.
WithWine is choosing the wrong boxes. Change the boxes for that order size under Default Boxes (by Order Size).
