Shipping settings control what customers pay for delivery, which boxes you pack orders in, and which carriers you buy labels from. You set them up once for each brand on the Shipping page (Settings > My Brand > Shipping).
WithWine works out shipping by checking your shipping rates from the top of the list down and using the first rate that matches the order. A rate can depend on where the order is going (shipping zones), what's in it (order contents rules), who is ordering (customer groups) and which carrier delivers it.
Set up shipping in this order
Create your shipping zones, and if you need to, limit a zone to certain postcodes or ZIP codes.
Create order contents rules, such as "$200 or more" or "6 bottles or more".
Set up your shipping rates and put them in the right order.
Add your box sizes and, if you like, change which boxes are used for an order size.
Connect your carriers: Australia Post and Aramex (formerly MyFastway).
