Authority to leave lets customers say the courier can leave their delivery at the door if nobody is home. When you turn it on, customers see the option when they order. It's off by default.

Go to Settings &gt; My Brand &gt; Shipping.

Tick Provide "authority to leave" option.

Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Untick Provide "authority to leave" option.

1. Go to Settings &gt; My Brand &gt; Shipping.
2. Untick Provide "authority to leave" option.
3. Click Save.

Customers can choose authority to leave on new orders. Orders placed before you turned it on aren't changed.

Customers can't see the option. Check the box is ticked and that you clicked Save. Refresh the Shipping page to confirm it stayed ticked.
