You can make customers order in multiples of your box size on your website, for example 6, 12, 18 or 24 bottles. This stops part-full boxes and bottles rattling around in transit. The limit only applies to website (eCommerce) orders, not to orders taken at the cellar door or by staff.
Set the limit
Go to Settings > My Brand > Shipping.
In Limit eCommerce orders to these box sizes, enter the number of bottles your box holds, for example 6.
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
How the numbers work
6 allows orders of 6, 12, 18, 24 bottles and so on.
3 allows orders of 3, 6, 9, 12 bottles and so on.
You can enter several sizes separated by commas. 4,6 allows orders that fit exactly into 4 and 6 bottle boxes, for example 4, 6, 10 and 12. Orders of 7, 8, 9 or 11 bottles won't go through.
You don't need to add a size that's already a multiple of another. 3,6 is the same as 3.
Remove the limit
Clear the Limit eCommerce orders to these box sizes field and click Save. When the field is blank (it shows No limits), customers can order any number of bottles.
What happens next
Customers can only complete a website order when the number of bottles matches your limit.
Troubleshooting
Customers say they can't check out. Their order doesn't fit your box sizes. Ask them to add or remove bottles to reach a full box, or change the limit.
Staff orders are being limited. This setting only applies to website orders. Contact WithWine support if a staff or cellar door order is affected.
