WithWine

The three ways a WithWine club can work: wines selected by the winery, wines selected by the customer each club run, and wines selected by the customer at signup.

What are the different club types?

Set up a club where you choose the wines for every club run and members are charged when you process it.

How to create a Fixed Release club

Set up a club where you choose a default pack each club run and members can change their wines before the charge date.

How to create an Editable Release club

Set up a standing order club: members choose their wines, bottles and frequency when they join, and are then charged automatically.

How to create a Subscription club

Fixed pricing charges members one set amount per club run, including shipping. Variable pricing charges for the wines selected, less member discounts.

What's the difference between fixed and variable club pricing?

Let club members pick how many club packs a year and how many bottles in each, from options you choose.

How to let club members choose how often and how many bottles

Set the months club members are charged in, or let charges fall on the anniversary of joining.

How to schedule club charges by month

Charge a fee when someone joins a Fixed Release or Editable Release club, and optionally give it back as credit.

How to charge a fee when someone joins a club

Choose the wines and mixed packs members can pick from when they join a Subscription club, with optional minimums and maximums.

How to choose which wines Subscription club members can pick

Give Subscription club members extra benefits when they commit to more bottles per year or per order.

How to set up club discount tiers

The benefits you can give club members: a member discount, free shipping, free shipping on club runs, and other benefits.

What benefits can I give club members?

Let club members cancel their membership or skip club runs themselves, within limits you set.

How to let club members cancel or skip a club run themselves

WithWine can retry failed club payments and email members when a payment fails. Both are off by default; we recommend turning them on.

Why you should turn on failed payment retries and emails for your club

Use Is available and Show on website to stop new members joining a club, or to hide a club's signup from your website.

How to stop new signups or hide a club from your website

Send club run payments to a different company and bank account, using Alternative Company for Club.

How to send club payments to a different company

Set up your wine clubs in Settings > Clubs.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
