You set club member benefits in the Member benefits section of each club.
Discount
Discount is a blanket percentage off every product that has Allow club discount ticked. See How to choose which wines get the club discount.
The member discount applies to:
club run orders that use Variable pricing, and
any other orders the member places, on your website or at your cellar door through point of sale (POS).
The club discount doesn't add to other discounts. WithWine gives the member the cheapest price they're entitled to.
Free shipping on club runs
Free shipping on club runs gives members free shipping on their club orders only. It's only available with Variable pricing, because a Fixed charge already includes shipping. See What's the difference between fixed and variable club pricing?.
Free shipping
Free shipping gives members free shipping on all their orders: club orders, website orders and point of sale (POS) orders that are being shipped.
Other benefits
Other benefits is text describing anything else members get, for example "Invitations to member events at the cellar door".
How to set member benefits
Go to Settings > Clubs.
Select the club's name to open it.
Under Member benefits, enter the Discount and tick Free shipping or Free shipping on club runs.
Optional: enter Other benefits.
Select Save.
