In a Subscription club, members choose their wines from a selection you set. You can offer individual bottles, mixed packs you've put together, or both. For example, one Subscription club could offer only museum wines, and another your current-release wines.
Before you start
Save the club first. The Products available for selection section appears after the club is saved.
Steps
Go to Settings > Clubs.
Select the club's name to open it.
In the Products available for selection section, select Change Selection. The Select Products window opens, listing your products that are for sale.
Tick each wine or mixed pack members can choose.
Optional: for each ticked product, use the minimum (No Min) and maximum (No Limit) controls to limit how many of that product a member can choose.
Select Accept.
Select Save.
What happens next
The Products available for selection section lists the products, with their SKU Code and Max. Selectable. New members choose from these products when they join.
Selection vs Online Availability
The products in Change Selection are the only ones that control what Subscription members can choose when they join. A product's Online Availability doesn't affect this. Online Availability set to Club Members means a product shows on your website only to club members who are logged in.
Troubleshooting
A product shows "Stock on this product is low or oversold". The product has little or no stock. If you offer it, you risk overselling it to every member who chooses it.
