Discount tiers let you reward Subscription club members who commit to more wine. For example, members who take 24 bottles or more a year could get free shipping on their club runs.
How discount tiers work
The Base Selection Tier applies to all club members.
Each extra tier applies to members who commit to a set number of bottles: 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 bottles or more per year, or 6 or 12 bottles or more per order.
Members get the most favourable benefit from every tier they qualify for. For example, a member qualifies for the base tier with free shipping and a 24-bottle tier with a 10% discount, so they get free shipping and the 10% discount.
Before you start
Discount tiers are for Subscription clubs, and appear after the club is saved. See How to create a Subscription club.
Steps
Go to Settings > Clubs.
Select the club's name to open it.
Under Member benefits, set the Base Selection Tier: Discount, Free shipping, Free shipping on club runs and Other benefits.
Select Add Discount Tier and choose a tier, for example 24 bottles or more per year.
Set the tier's Discount, Free shipping or Free shipping on club runs.
Repeat for any other tiers.
Select Save.
To remove a tier, select (remove) next to its name.
