WithWine

A mix is a group of bottles sold as one product, such as a mixed 6-pack. WithWine can track stock for the mix and for each bottle in it.

What is a mix?

Create a mixed pack in Settings > Products > Mixes: set its name, price and number of bottles, then choose which bottles are in it.

How to create a mix

Set the mix items so WithWine knows which bottles are in a mix and takes them out of stock when the mix sells.

How to choose which bottles are in a mix

Count stock by sets whether a mix's stock and reports are counted in bottles (the default) or in whole mixes. It changes how much stock you enter.

What's the difference between counting mix stock by bottles or by mixes?

A mix shows as out of stock if any bottle in it is out of stock, even if the mix itself has stock.

Why is my mix showing as out of stock?

Create mixed packs and choose which bottles go in them, in Settings > Products > Mixes.
