The Customers screen (WithWine's CRM) shows sales information alongside each customer, so you can see who your best customers are without running a report.
The tiles at the top
The tiles add up the customers in the current list. When you apply filters, they show the totals for the filtered customers only.
Mailing List: how many customers in the list are subscribed to your mailing list.
Wines liked: how many wines the customers have liked.
Ordered: the total value of their orders. Unpaid orders on invoice are included.
More tiles appear once you have the data, such as credit balances, lifetime value, and emails sent and opened.
The icons and badges on each row
Pink envelope: the customer is subscribed to your mailing list.
Club badge: the customer is a member of one of your wine clubs.
Green amount: the customer's lifetime value (the total of their orders).
Blue percentage: the email open rate, for example "0% of 1" means they've been sent 1 email and opened none. Hover over it to see the numbers.
Yellow amount: the customer's account balance (account credit they can spend).
How to see how much a customer spent on one product
On the Customers screen, click Filters.
In who have, choose Purchased.
In for our, choose a product, wine type or variety, for example Riesling.
Each customer's green badge now shows what they spent on that product, the share of their lifetime value, and their lifetime value. For example, "$32 (23%) of $142" means they spent $32 on Riesling out of $142 in total.
Why this matters
You can spot your Riesling fans, your big spenders and your customers with unspent credit straight from the list, then email them, tag them or give them credit in a couple of clicks.
