Filters on the Customers screen (WithWine's CRM) let you find exactly the customers you want to follow up, email or reward. You can combine as many filters as you like.
How to filter customers
Click Customers in the left-hand menu.
Click Filters at the top right. The Filters panel opens on the right.
Choose an option in any of the filters. The list updates as soon as you choose.
Choose more filters to narrow the list further. The filters read as a sentence, for example: customers who are Active Members of Any Club, who have Purchased, for our Riesling, since 6 Months Ago.
Click Close to hide the panel. Your filters stay on.
The filters you've applied show in a bar above the list, for example "Customers filtered by Purchased × Riesling ×". Click × on a filter to remove it, or click Remove all filters to start again.
What each filter does
Aged: the customer's age range, for example 31 - 40 years or Over 60 years. Uses the customer's date of birth.
Birthday: customers with a birthday Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, This Month, Next Month or in a Custom Range. Useful for birthday offers.
who are: club membership, for example Active Members of Any Club, members of a particular club, Paused, Cancelled, or Never Been Members of Any Club.
located in: the customer's country. When you choose a country, a list of its states appears, so you can narrow it down further, for example to customers in Victoria or California.
who have: what the customer has done, for example Liked, Purchased, Repeat Purchased, Not Purchased, Liked But Not Purchased, Subscribed, Unsubscribed, Credit Balance, Credit Balance Expiring Between..., Purchased More Than $100 (or $500, $1000 or an amount you choose), An Invalid Email, A phone number on file or No phone number on file.
for our: narrows who have to a product or group of products: Other (non-wine products), a wine type (for example Red Wine), a variety (for example Shiraz) or a single product.
and visited: customers who bought at a venue, such as your cellar door, through Vintner (WithWine's point of sale).
since: how far back to look, for example A Month Ago, A Year Ago or A Custom Date Range.
and tagged as: customers with certain tags. Choose Matching all: (every tag), Matching any: (at least one tag) or Without tags, then search for the tags.
and have a task: customers with a task due Today, Tomorrow, Within the Next Week, Within the Next Month or in a custom date range.
and managed by: customers assigned to an account manager, customers without one, or customers of a particular staff member.
What happens next
The buttons above the list change to match your filters. For example, Export All Records to CSV becomes Export Filtered Records to CSV, and Email All Subscribers becomes Email Filtered Subscribers. Bulk Actions also apply to the filtered list.
The tiles and badges also change to match. If you filter by a product or variety, each customer's lifetime value badge shows how much of it they spent on that product. See "What do the numbers and badges on the Customers screen mean?".
To use the same filters again later, click Save this search. See "How to save a customer search".
Troubleshooting
A tag I just added isn't in the tag search. Refresh your browser. The tag list loads when the page opens.
A customer I expected isn't in the list. Check every filter in the bar above the list. Filters combine, so a customer must match all of them.
