Two settings control who can join a club:

Is available: new members can join the club.

Show on website: the club's signup shows on your website.

Both are ticked when you create a club. The back office is the WithWine admin area you log in to at withwine.com.

Invite-only club: tick Is available and untick Show on website. Customers can't join the club themselves. Your staff sign members up in the back office.

Old club with existing members: untick both. No one new can join, and you keep managing your existing members.

Under Club details, tick or untick Is available and Show on website.

1. Go to Settings &gt; Clubs.
2. Select the club's name to open it.
3. Under Club details, tick or untick Is available and Show on website.
4. Select Save.
