You can let club members cancel their own membership, or skip club runs, without contacting you. You set the limits.
Cancelling
Members can cancel their own memberships after [X] Days shows members a cancel button on your website once they've been a member for that many days. For example, 365 means members can cancel themselves after a year. 90 could mean they can cancel after their first club pack.
The setting doesn't cancel anyone automatically. It only shows the cancel button.
The cancel button only appears if your website uses the My Account widget from the WithWine WordPress plugin.
If you leave the setting blank, members don't see a cancel button and must contact you to cancel. Your staff can then cancel the membership in the back office.
Skipping
Members can skip club runs up to [X] Times Per Year sets how many club runs a member can skip each year, for example 1 or 2. It's better for a member to skip a pack than to cancel.
Members can skip themselves if your website uses the My Account widget from the WithWine WordPress plugin.
Even without the widget, turning skips on helps your staff: WithWine keeps track of who has skipped club runs, so you don't need to manage skips with customer tags.
If you leave the setting blank, members can't skip themselves and must contact you.
Steps
Go to Settings > Clubs.
Select the club's name to open it.
