Other Products are anything you sell that isn't wine or a mix, such as caps, t-shirts, glassware or key rings.
Before you start
Each size and colour is a separate product. For example, a t-shirt in red, blue and green, each in small, medium and large, is 9 products. See How to sell merchandise in different sizes and colours.
Product photos must be under 1 MB.
Add a product
Go to Settings > Products > Other Products.
Click + Add Product at the top right.
In Name the product, type the product's name, for example Baseball Cap.
In Description, add a short description (up to 120 characters).
Click Change Photo and upload a photo. (Optional) Add a Long Description.
(Optional) Enter a SKU Code.
Under Pricing, enter the Full Price and, if you like, the Cost Price (used for stock management reporting).
Set List your product for sale? to Yes. Check the All Customers price in Available Prices.
Set Online Availability to Everyone if you want to sell the product online. It starts as Not Available.
(Optional) To count stock, click Stock, tick Enable Stock Tracking? and enter the Initial Stock. Stock tracking starts off, but merchandise is usually easy to count, so you may want it on.
At the bottom, check Add another product?. If it's ticked, WithWine opens a new blank form after saving, so you can add several products in a row. Untick it to go back to the list instead.
Click Save.
What happens next
The product appears on Settings > Products > Other Products.
If Add another product? was ticked, a blank form opens. Your product was saved; you'll see it in the list.
Shipping for other products
Other products are usually bought with wine and packed in the same box, so most businesses charge $0 shipping for them. Shipping rates have a separate Other price for this. See How to set up shipping rates.
Troubleshooting
I clicked Save and got a blank form. Add another product? was ticked. Your product was saved. Go to Settings > Products > Other Products to see it.
The product isn't on my website. Check List your product for sale? is Yes and Online Availability is Everyone.
