Each product has three descriptions and two kinds of photos. They appear in different places on your website, in the WithWine app and in emails.
Descriptions
Short Description and Long Description: shown in different places on your website and in the WithWine app. Fill in both.
WithWine App Description (up to 5000 characters): use this if you want different wording in the WithWine app. If you leave it blank, the WithWine app uses the Long Description.
Photos
Photo (the main photo): used in the product grid on your website, on the product card in the WithWine app and in email receipts.
Additional Photos (+ Add Listing Photos): shown on your website and in the WithWine app when a customer opens the product, for example a close-up of the back label.
Photo tips
Each photo must be under 1 MB.
Upload all your product photos at the same size, so they line up on your website.
Use a PNG with no background if you can.
Where to find these settings
Go to Settings > Products > Bottles and click the product's name. The descriptions and Photo are under Wine Details. Click Additional Photos to open that section.
