You can show a venue as a pin on the map in the WithWine app, so customers can find and visit it. The venue's page in the WithWine app shows its contact phone, opening hours and whether customers can drop in or need an appointment.
Before you start
You need a venue with the correct address. The map pin is placed at the venue's address. See How to add a venue.
Only show venues that customers can actually visit, such as your cellar door. Leave it off for venues like a warehouse or a past event.
Show a venue on the WithWine app map
Go to Settings > Venues.
Click the venue's name in the list.
Tick Customers can visit this venue. More fields appear below the box.
In Contact phone, type the phone number customers should call.
In Opening hours, type the hours exactly as you want customers to see them, for example Open daily 10am to 5pm.
Choose Drop In if customers can visit without booking, or By Appointment if they need to book first.
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
What happens next
The venue appears as a pin on the WithWine app map, at the venue's address.
Customers can open the venue in the WithWine app to see the contact phone, opening hours and Drop In or By Appointment.
To remove the venue from the map, untick Customers can visit this venue and click Save.
Troubleshooting
The pin is in the wrong place. Open the venue, retype the address in Address, click the correct address in the list, then click Save.
The venue isn't on the map. Check that Customers can visit this venue is ticked and saved.
