Requires fulfillment is in the Shipping section of each product. It's ticked by default.

When ticked, an order containing the product needs further action before it's complete: it has to be delivered or picked up.

Cellar door sales and pickups are marked as fulfilled when POS marks them as picked up.

If an order contains only products that don't require fulfillment, WithWine marks the order as fulfilled automatically.

Untick Requires fulfillment only for products that need nothing more from you after they're bought, such as a digital gift card or a digital ticket. Leave it ticked for wine.

Go to Settings &gt; Products &gt; Bottles, click the product's name, then click Shipping.

The Shipping section also has Weight. If you enter a weight, WithWine uses it when you buy shipping labels instead of your brand's average bottle weight.
