WithWine

Online Availability controls who can buy a wine on your website and in the WithWine app. It starts as Not Available on every new wine, so a wine never goes live online by accident.

Not Available: the wine can't be bought online. You can still sell the wine at your cellar door with POS.

Club Members: only club members can buy the wine online.

Club Members of Selected Clubs: only members of the clubs you choose can buy the wine online.

Everyone: anyone can buy the wine online.

Go to Settings &gt; Products &gt; Bottles.

Under Pricing, set List your wine for sale? to Yes. More settings appear.

In Online Availability, choose an option.

1. Go to Settings &gt; Products &gt; Bottles.
2. Click the wine's name.
3. Under Pricing, set List your wine for sale? to Yes. More settings appear.
4. In Online Availability, choose an option.
5. Click Save.

The eCommerce Availability column on Settings &gt; Products &gt; Bottles shows who can buy the wine online.
