Each type of sale takes stock from a stock location. You choose which stock location supplies your website orders, your club runs and your POS orders with a delivery address. Only one stock location can supply each of these.
Before you start
The stock location you want to use must already exist.
Choose the stock location
Go to Settings > Stock Locations.
Click the name of the stock location you want to use.
Tick any of these:
eCommerce Orders: website orders take stock from this stock location. Website orders picked up at a venue take stock from the venue's stock location instead.
Club Run Orders: club runs take stock from this stock location. This includes club orders picked up at a venue.
POS Delivery Orders: POS orders with a delivery address take stock from this stock location, instead of the venue's stock location.
Click Save.
What happens next
The option moves to this stock location and is removed from the stock location that had it before. The Website, Club Stock and POS Delivery Stock columns on the Stock Locations page show which stock location supplies each.
What about POS sales?
Normal POS sales (without a delivery address) take stock from the stock location linked to the venue the POS is logged into. You set this in Settings > Venues.
Troubleshooting
The option is a tick, not a checkbox. When a stock location already supplies website orders or club runs, the form shows a tick instead of a checkbox. To move it, open the other stock location and tick the option there.
