When you import customers on the Customers screen, you can import these customer details. Only Email is required. See How to import customers from a CSV file for the steps.

Mr/Mrs/Ms: must be Mr, Mrs, Ms or Dr.
First Name and Last Name.
Notes: saved to the customer's Notes.
Is Mailing List Subscriber: whether the customer is on your mailing list. Use YES/NO, TRUE/FALSE or 1/0.
Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Postcode and Country. In Australia, put the suburb in City. Use a two-letter country code, such as AU, NZ or US.

The import screen also has Club Membership and Account Credit fields, for importing club members and adding or expiring credit. Club member imports need more preparation, so they're covered in a separate article.
