The BBPOS WisePad 3 is a handheld card reader that connects to the iPad or iPhone running Vintner over Bluetooth. In Australia, the WisePad 3 is the minimum you need to take card payments with Vintner on an iPad.
Available with WithWine in: Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The WisePad 3 isn't available in the United States.

With typical use, you charge it fully once a day. A full charge handles about 600 chip payments or 800 contactless payments.
Turning the WisePad 3 on
Press and hold the power button at the top right of the PIN pad until the display turns on.
Connecting the WisePad 3
Always pair the WisePad 3 from inside the Vintner app. Don't pair it in the Bluetooth settings of your iPad or iPhone. Only one card reader should be paired with each iPad. See What to try if your BBPOS WisePad 3 won't connect.
Accessories
There's no charging base for the WisePad 3. Charge it with a USB cable, and keep it charged overnight so it's ready for the next day.
