October 2026 Updates

Lots of additions to the Back-office and WithWine app

Back-office updates:

  • We now have a Rezdy integration (BETA)

  • We've made Filters neater - having them open as a side panel (they were getting a bit unruly being where they were!)

  • Now you can select multiple Channel filters and Payment Type filters at once on the Orders screen

  • Now you can filter Orders according to the Country/State they're being delivered to

  • You can also filter Club Members by who has Delivery vs Pickup and by Country/State

  • You can now add Preview Text when sending emails using the Email Builder

  • You can also go into a recipients list of an email and choose to email everyone who didn't open it or didn't click on a link in it

  • We've made small refinements to the Order Notifications counters

  • We've added more stock detail to the Replace Bottles modal within Club Members

  • We've also added a new CSV report for those using automated Recurring / Standing Order clubs that details stock requirements by month for the next 12 months

  • Gift Cards now have a "Requires Fulfillment - Yes/No" parameter so digitally distributed cards don't clog up your Orders screen

  • A variety of bug fixes

WithWine app updates:

  • Push notifications are now winery branded instead of WithWine branded

  • Now the winery's name is displayed above its pin on the map

  • Instant Checkout buttons from the Email Builder now load Checkout within the app itself

  • Customers can now create their own personal #Filters and search by them

  • Product images can now be tapped on to show full screen and wineries can upload additional images of a product

  • Gift Cards can now be redeemed within the app

  • New icons added to show when Notes and Star Ratings have been added to a wine

  • "Buy" buttons are now a different width to "Buy More" buttons to help customers find previously purchased products quicker

  • We've added Search to the History tab

  • We've added Haptics to scrolling (because it feels nice)

  • Lots of fixes, improvements and refinements

Rezdy Integration (BETA / Part I)

We've introduced a new integration with Rezdy, now available in BETA.

Note: Like all our other integrations, we are offering this integration free of charge, although to generate the necessary API Key, Rezdy require you to be on their Expansion plan.

When a customer makes a booking via Rezdy, their name and contact details will automatically sync into WithWine's Customers screen, along with the experience they've booked and the time they've booked for.

That data is then immediately searchable / filterable within WithWine Customers screen and Vintner POS.

For Part II, we will make finding those with a current booking quicker within Vintner POS. Watch this space.

Re-organising Filters

We've given filters across the platform a tidy-up, moving them into a side panel to make the interface cleaner and easier to work with.

As we've added more filtering options over time, the previous layout was starting to get a little crowded. Moving filters into a dedicated panel gives them a more organised home, keeps the main screen less cluttered and makes it easier to access the options you need without getting in the way of the information you're working with.

Alongside the visual improvements, we've also expanded what's possible when filtering orders and club members.

More Flexible Order Filtering

The Orders screen now supports several additional filtering options to help you narrow down your orders more efficiently.

You can now select multiple Channel filters and multiple Payment Type filters at the same time. This makes it easier to look at a combination of order sources or payment methods in a single view, without having to run separate searches for each one:

We've also added the ability to filter orders by the Country and State they're being delivered to:

This is particularly useful for wineries managing orders across multiple regions or markets. Whether you're looking at orders going to a particular state or isolating orders for a specific country, you can now narrow down the list based on the delivery destination.

More Control When Managing Club Members

We've extended filtering options within Club Members as well.

You can now filter members according to whether they're receiving their wine by Delivery or Pickup, as well as by their Country and State:

These additions make it easier to identify groups of members based on how they receive their wine and where they're located. This can be particularly handy when preparing club fulfilment, coordinating pickups or reviewing your membership across different regions.

Preview Text for Emails

You can now add Preview Text when drafting emails for display within the list view of email clients:

Resending / Follow-up Emails

Some people have wanted to be able to go into the list of people who were sent an email, and send a follow-up to those who didn't open it or click on it - now you can.

Within Emails > find your Sent email > click into it and up the top you'll see a new button that lets you suck up:

  • everyone who was sent the email

  • the people who haven't yet opened it

  • the people who haven't taken action on it yet or

  • the people who haven't received it yet

...and then resend the email or craft a follow-up:

Order Notifications

We've revised slightly our Order notification labels:

  • Green = Ready to process: orders that are Paid and ready for Shipping or Pickup immediately

  • Gold = Quarantined / For Review orders: orders that have been put to one side

  • Grey = Unpaid Invoiced Orders

Orders with a Delayed Dispatch date set used to be included in the Green / Ready label. Now, you won't see a notification for them until the delayed dispatch date (but you can still search for them using the filters if you want to).

Managing Club Member Stock

For those using Auto-Recurring / Standing Order clubs, we have added more detail to the Replace Bottles modal so you can see:

  • Stock required for club orders with a charge date in the past that should have processed but haven't (eg. those with a Payment Failed flag). That number is housed within a new Overdue column

  • You could always see stock requirements for individual Bottle SKUs that members had selected but not how many of that bottle you might need because it's a Mix Item / Child product within a Mix SKU that is also available for selection. Now you can see both:

In addition, we have added a new Future Stock Requirements CSV export that details the count of every SKU required for the next twelve months by individual month - want to know how much you'll need for your pack run that's 4 months away? This report will give you those numbers:

This month we've also released our biggest update to your customers' WithWine app experience, making the app more useful, user friendly and stable.

Featuring your brand better

To further strengthen the direct connection customers have with your brand, Push Notifications now feature your logo instead of a generic WithWine logo:

And your winery's name now appears above your pin on the map to make you easier to find:

Additionally, product images can now be tapped to view full screen, and zoomed in on and you can add multiple images (via Settings > Bottles > [Select Bottle] > Additional Photos) for app users to swipe through:

Speeeeeedy Checkout

Apps are great because they're always logged in. Our Email Builder is great because it can send pre-built shopping carts. Mash them both together and you have the fastest Checkout experience possible:

Personal #Filters

WithWine app users can now create custom / personal filters to suit their needs by including #hashtags within their wine notes. When a #hashtag is added in a Note for Wine A, it will be available to add for Wine B:

Gift Cards

Customers can now Redeem your Gift Cards to their account within the App either by scanning the QR code or typing in the Gift Card Code:

We've made it clearer to users what they've bought and haven't bought already by having the Buy and Buy More buttons different widths:

And we've also added new icons for Notes and Star Ratings so customers can quickly remember what that wine was.

Additionally, the History tab now has a search function:

There's more to come so stay tuned 😉
