More product detail on Checkout & Club Signup screens
A couple months ago we released our new Checkout screens and added the ability to browse and add more products. Now customers can tap on individual products to reveal their Tries/Likes and Tasting Notes (ie. if they used the WithWine app during their wine tasting) as well as any Product Details you have setup (eg. Food pairing) and any images or PDFs (eg. previous vintages):
This is all in an effort to help customers buy with confidence and/or remember what they've enjoyed offline and make it easier for them to buy more of it again online.
Add members to existing club run
For those using Editable Winemakers' Selection (Winery initiated) clubs, you can now add new members to an existing club run instead of needing to put them in their own seperate club run.
Simply select the members and then within the Bulk Actions button there's a new option:
Next a modal will pop up in which you can select which club run you want those members to be added to:
Click Add, and those members will be emailed and charged per normal.
Hex Colour Codes
Almost as soon as we released our email builder, this feature was requested... so we're pleased to let you know it's now been added:
"Do Not Ship" messaging
Previously if you had a "Do not ship" rule set, the system would simply say that shipping wasn't available. Now you can customise that messaging:

Phone / Back-office Updates
Now there is a toggle to remove Sales Taxes from an order and you can also add Notes to an order (which will appear in the Orders screen):
Back-dating Stock Movements & Transfers
Previously when doing a Stock Movement or Transfer, the timestamp used was the current point in time; but let's say you wanted some movements to be attributed to last financial year but you didn't get around to inputting the data until this financial year... now you can set a custom date for the movement:
Member Since tweaks
Need to see quickly how long someone's been a member and who signed them up? That is now clickable:
