Bulk Archiving

Now within Settings > Products you can select individual products and click in the new Bulk Actions button in the top right corner of the screen and Archive them:

We're sure many of you will enjoy cleaning up your product portfolios 😊

Faster Variation Management

As you know, a Product can have multiple Variations linked to it: eg. a 750ml bottle of Shiraz can have a 150ml Glass variation and a 1500ml Magnum variation.

Come vintage roll, managing (creating and Archiving) all these Variations became a slow process... so we have now made it so when creating New Vintages or Archiving a Product, it asks if you'd also like to create new vintages and/or archive any linked Variations also:

Emailing Improvements

Now you can use previously sent emails as a Template for a new draft:

You'll notice also that the actual email content displays rather than a "skeleton" which makes it easier to find what you're after, quickly.

There are also now more layout options for Carts. At launch the product tiles would default to a Horizontal layout:

But now there are more options including a Vertical layout:

You can also edit the product image sizes, remove borders, edit the corner radius of borders and more:

Tasks

We have reworked the Tasks screen to make it more useful and friendly:

Now the screen defaults to show only Tasks assigned to you (the logged in user) that are Due during the month displayed on the screen.

You can now see when a Task is Due, who it's assigned to and what it's associated with at a glance:

If the Task is associated with an object (A Customer, an Order or an Email), clicking on the Task will open that object (eg. the Customer's profile) so you can work on it without needing to leave the Tasks screen:

And you're able to quickly scroll through past and present months to view Tasks that fall within those periods:

Scrolling Through Screens

Before, if you'd scrolled your way down through the Orders, Customers or Club Members screen and clicked on something to open more detail in the side-panel, when clicking Back, it would take you back to the top of the list in the main page (which made quickly looking/checking for something cumbersome).

Now the two sides of the screen are independently scrollable and clicking Back takes you back to where you were originally scrolled down to:

Vintner Updates

Version 1.2.5 is now available on the App Store with the following improvements:

Address Picker

Now if a customer has multiple addresses on file, you can select from them when making an order For Delivery:

You can also now verify / double check the final delivery address from within the Cart by tapping on the "i":

Now when reviewing historical orders, you can see which Channel they were placed via (POS, Website, Club, Back Office):

We've added a new Status indicator so it's easier to tell if you are / aren't on the latest version of Vintner POS:

And we've added the release notes so everyone can stay up to date with what's in the latest version 😊

We hope you enjoy these additions!
