Lots of nice little improvements:

Within our new Checkout and Club Signup screens (currently in voluntary BETA), we took the opportunity to make a few improvements...

The Phone Number field now has the country code prefix and proper formatting. If the winery is in Australia, it defaults to the Australian prefix, if the winery is in the US it defaults to the US prefix. This will help make phone numbers nice and clean for some future plans we have.

Next up, the date picker we had in the original form for the Date of Birth field was way to painful and slow to fill in - especially for quickly signing up new members via Vintner POS - so we've changed it so now a customer only needs to type in the appropriate numbers. They don't need to tab between DD/MM/YYYY either... they can just rapid fire type in 1010201 and the form will format it correctly to 10/10/2001.

For wineries in Australia the format is DD/MM/YYYY and for our American clients it's MM/DD/YYYY (even though that's as logical to us as the imperial system of measurement 😝)

The credit card field on the original form also needed too many taps to jump from the card number field, to the expiry field to the CVC field... so that's been updated to a single field entry form:

DID YOU KNOW (side note): for customers wanting to join your Wine Club but only rocking credit cards in their Apple Wallet, in Apple's recent update to iOS26, Apple Wallet customers can now find/reveal their card number by tapping this button:

We've made some improvements for those sending emails using their own HTML templates. Firstly, we've made the email composer full screen. Secondly, when you opt to use your own Header and Footer, a new Tab appears where you can paste in your HTML:

In the next Content tab, you can preview it. We've got a few more improvements to the composer in the works, so watch this space!

Now you can filter your Customers screen to see who Unsubscribed from your mailing list:

When you add a Note or Task to a customer's profile, it's added to their Activity Feed:

When sending Pickup Reminder emails, you can add a custom message:

Which goes here:

For Australian clients, when we updated our plugin with Australia Post, Australia Post (for some very questionable reason) made it so you have to download the labels within 24 hours of purchasing them. To get around this annoyance, we made it so instead of retrieving the labels from AP, we now save them to our own database so you can download them again whenever you want.
