Recurring / Standing Order wine club improvement:

A couple months ago, we added the ability for those running Editable Winemakers Selection clubs, to customise the order in which products are displayed in the selection form.

We have now added the same thing for those running Recurring / Standing Order wine clubs.

When you head into the club's Settings page, when you are in the "Products Available for Selection" section, you can now drag and drop (or click up/down) the products into the order you'd like the list presented to customers.

Eg. You might want all the available Mixes to appear at the top of the list and the individual bottles below:

So then the Selection List looks like this:

Removing customers (entirely) from the CRM:

We always figured you didn't really need to entirely remove a customer from the CRM given that the system always obeyed the Subscribed to Mailing List Yes/No rules no matter which tab you were on... but it turns out some people do want to simply disappear some contacts; so now you can do that:

New Filters:

In the Customers screen, you can now filter to see who has / hasn't got a phone number attached to their CRM Contact Card under the Who Have category:

And you can filter by more variations of Club Member statuses under the Who Are category:

Speaking of Filters, we fixed a bug in the Club Members screen which caused some people who weren't in an active club run, to be included when filtering by who have a Customised Selection vs those who are getting the Default Order.

Stay tuned as we have some great updates for Vintner to announce shortly!
