00:00 Okay, we're on. Hi Rich. Hello Scott. What are we doing today? Um, so we thought with, ah, with Vintner, um, starting to make the moves, and people starting to download, starting, ah, and starting to use it, and obviously so we're moving everyone towards Vintner. 00:18 That's the new point of sale. That's the new point of sale app. Um, we thought today we'd talk about hardware. 00:24 And all the options, um, that are available to everyone, um, when it comes to hardware and, you know, what Vintner's going to be running on. 00:33 So, um, as most people will know, so Vintner works on iPad and iPhone. So we've got a specific iPhone version, and we've got a specific iPad version. 00:47 Thank for your attention. Um, iPad is in a grid layout, iPhone has list layout, and things like tap-to-pay on iPhone and whatnot. Um, cause like, you know, it can be, you know, most people think of point-of-sale and they just go, you know, pause these days, they're all iPads, right? Um, everyone knows 01:37 I'm an Apple fanboy, so Apple, for example, um, they're not walking around with iPads, they're walking around with iPhones. Every, every staff member's got an iPhone. 01:45 Um, one of the benefits of that is that if you've got five staff members on the day, you can have five, five pause units, uh, running. 01:53 So there's no queues for the point-of-sale. Um, but it's not just, you know, it's not just Apple, it's RM Williams, Louis Vuitton, um, I think the Gap, um, use it, um, as well. 02:05 So you're seeing it more and more. Um, and not many people know this, but, um, Apple did this big, you know, of course Apple would, but Apple did this big research, um, study, um, around sort of the psychology of retail and whatnot. 02:22 The reason why, so Apple don't have cash registers anymore either, they don't have any, any computers or anything sitting on a desk. 02:31 Um, it's all, everyone's got, got the phone in their pocket. Um, so they did this research study and basically, um, they went into the psychology of it all. 02:42 Where essentially when you're selling, if I'm selling a product to you, you and I are having a human to human interaction. 02:48 And, um, so we're, we're sort of building that rapport, there's nothing between us, but then when it comes to the transaction, when it comes to handing over the money, then you get this big block of plastic called a computer and you put that between, between the two humans and it, and it interrupts the 03:07 , the vibe or whatever it is, uhm, uhm, of, of that relationship. So, uhm, the, the main reason, and there are a lot of other reasons, but the main reason why Apple, uhm, use phones is because you're having that human-to-human interaction and the technology is down here out of the way, almost out of 03:27 sight, uhm, so there's nothing blocking that, you know, blocking that interaction between, between two humans. Uhm, sounds fluffy to But important, I think. 03:39 Well, they, they spent the money to do the study and, and as I say, if anyone, if anyone's done the study to, to research this, it, it would be a company like Apple. 03:47 Uhm, so that's why Apple use iPhones. So, uhm, if you've got 5 staff, you've got 5 pause. If you've got 10 staff, you've got 10 pause. 04:06 Uhm, if, uhm, if you're getting smashed at a festival and your brother comes along to help you at the festival, he can just whip out his phone and start taking, and start taking money, uhm. 04:20 You, you can sell wine at a barbecue. You can sell wine at a barbecue. In the car park, uhm, there is no excuse to not make a sale. 04:31 Uhm, I mean, the, uhm, you would have heard this one before, but, uhm, you know, we're at this wine tasting and, uhm, a friend of ours, David, uhm, he buys a lot of wine. 04:44 Winemaker came up to him at the end of the tasting and he said, did you have a good tasting, David? 04:48 And David said, yes. And David said, oh, hey, by the way, that, that, that, uhm, that Semillon, you've got, have you got any left of that? 04:55 Oh, yeah, David, we've got, we've got a bit left. How much do you want? And David said, oh, I want ten dozen. 04:59 And he went, oh, David, you know, you're the best, I'll call you on Monday. And, of course, he didn't call David on Monday and, and David didn't buy the ten dozen. 05:08 Uhm, so, basically, if you've got David in front of you saying he wants to buy ten dozen wine, you can just, you can just buy whip out and go, oh, I'll do it now and take the bloody money. 05:16 Uhm, and that's actually leads into another thing about, uhm, the iPhones is that, uhm, so everyone knows that, you know, with an iPad, you've got a separate little Bluetooth card reader, uhm, on an iPhone, you don't actually have to, uhm, you don't actually need anything anymore because you've got the 05:35 tap to pay on iPhone. So, uhm, essentially, you can open up the app and then, uhm, you know, ring up your, ring up your transaction and then you've got, here we go, uh, da, da, da, da. There we go, there we go, and then you've got your, got your, your phone turns into, your phone turns into the, uh, 05:58 the credit card terminal. So, you literally don't need any, any, any, any additional hardware, uhm, any additional hardware other than the phone. 06:06 And the phone has had this technology for awhile. Yeah, it goes back to the iPhone XR, which I think is 20, 2018. 2018, yeah, yeah, uhm, so, the iPhone XRs and whatnot, they're no longer getting their, their, operating system updates beyond, I think, iOS 15. Um, so, Vintna needs iOS 17 or above, so we're 06:27 currently on 18. Yep. Um, so you need to be running 17. Yep. Um, but like, you know. iPhone 11 will run that, but not for long. Uh, I If it does, it will, excuse me, it probably won't be for much longer. 06:53 Um, so, um, yeah, so, but we'll, we'll, we'll go into some of that. Yeah. And then, um, another reason, frankly, was because, you know, one of the, one of the big things about, um, the old pause, look, we're very open about it. It was a bit clunky, right? 07:11 It wasn't sort of seamless to, you know, tap. Tap, tap, tap. The whole thing about vittner is speed. Um, you know, instead of having, instead of having multiple steps and multiple screens, um, on the iPhone version of vittner, there's two screens, the cart screen and the, and the confirmation screen. 07:29 And then on the iPad, there's actually one screen. Um, so there's no more, lots of tapping around. So it's all about speed. 07:35 And frankly, people, you know, you're doing- having some typing on an iPhone. You know, you're searching for customer email addresses or whatever. 07:42 People type faster with their thumbs. It's native now, isn't it? Yeah. Um, especially young people. Um, so, um, so they are a few reasons, um, they're a few reasons why we thought it was important to build vittner, um, for an iPhone. 07:58 And we actually released that. Um, that was the first cab off the- Um, and we'd love to see more and more people using iPhones, um, instead of, or in addition to the iPads, because we think it's a great retail experience. Um, so as we're saying, we don't have- you don't have to have the latest and greatest 08:06 iPhone, so we've brought up a couple of examples here. Um, so for example, I It'll be like iPhone 11, I If you're looking at getting an iPhone 2, I Gigs in it. 09:14 Of memory, you just need, like, the, the smallest one, you know, 64 gigs. You're using it for a pause. You don't need, you don't need lots of hard drive in it. 09:23 Um, so, yeah, I'd say iPhone Max, preferably, uh, preferably 13 onwards, um, probably, but you could get away with, um, with 12 onwards as well. 09:35 Um, the other thing about the, uh, you uh, most, uh, the latest iPhones is that they've all got MagSafe charging on the back as well, right? 09:44 So you don't actually need to physically plug in a cable to charge it up. So imagine, um, uh, now, um, imagine you've got, um, you know, imagine if you are working behind a bar or whatever and you don't want, you know, imagine you do only have one or two iPhones. 10:00 Um, you can put them on- little, these little magnetic stands, um, which are super cheap these days. Um, so here's Amazon, uh, now, here we go. 10:08 I've actually got, um, I've got this one here. The Belkin, um, yep, super cheap. They actually had a sale on this with our $29, but, um, I bought quite a few of these and they're just awesome. 10:26 So basically, if you're not putting the paws back in your pocket, you can just, you know, chuck it on the, you know, chuck it on the, the, the charger. 10:35 Um, and you're not, you're not mucking around with cables and more and all that. So, I think that's awesome. The portable option. 10:42 Yeah, yeah. Um, now, Apple actually have it where, so, um, all their stuff have got- the paws in their pocket. 10:51 Um, but then they've also got each of the phones in a Morphe case. So a Morphe case is like a, you slide the phone into this- it's a battery pack case that you slide the phone into and it gives the phone additional battery, so that the phone will generally last the whole day. 11:09 Um, um, on, uh, with- single charge, but let's say you're smashing it a lot. And obviously, if you're going to a wine festival, um, just- you don't wanna- you don't wanna risk running out of battery. 11:21 So a Morphe case, and look at this, like, you know, hundred bucks, um, and you slide the- you slide the iPhone down into it and it's, you know, it just makes the iPhone a little bit chunkier, but you've got an extra battery in there. 11:34 Um, 3,600 amp hours, so that's kind of- that's almost doubling. Bling. Um, the battery of your- of your normal iPhone now. So that's what Apple do, and they look really slick and- and, um, and whatnot. The reason why I and the iPhone 16 are just a little bit different. A little bit different, and that's 12:02 why Morphe have got different cases for the 15 and the 16. So it's a bit of a faff, right? Um, what I I don't know if you can see that, but Anker is a good brand. 12:29 So Belkin is a good brand, a bit more expensive, Anker is a good brand and a bit cheaper and basically, you got, you got your phone and your battery pack, magnetic and it charges up the phone. 12:42 Um, and the battery inside this is 5000 amp hours. Right. So this is an iPhone 15 Pro. Um, Max and the battery and this is bigger than what's in the phone. 12:55 So you're actually, you're more than doubling, um, the battery, uh, the battery life. And, you know, and whether I've got a 15 of 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, uh, iPhone, that battery will, will work for it. 13:10 And they're super cheap these days, so you can have more than one. Yeah, so currently- Apparently. Umm, bring up, uh- Of course they probably have their own version. 13:19 But, um. Yes they do. Yeah. Here we go, so. Fifty bucks. Fifty bucks? Umm. Get two. During the, uh, during the Black Friday stars, I picked this one up for 32. Ah, wow. 13:31 So, um, and the other thing is, is that, you know- The policy, isn't it? Well, the thing is, you could buy 10 of these, right? 13:38 And even- like, Jesus, even if you're really smashing it, you get through the iPhone's battery, you get through that battery, and then this one runs out, you put that down, you get the next one, and you charge it back up. So, um, I Um, something, too, just while we're- now that's a little bit on hardware 14:07 , but something I thought I'd say while we're here is that, um, in Vintner, um, Vintner actually takes advantage of the accessibility settings, um, within, uh, within the iPhone. So, let's, uh, so, at the moment, so I'm on an iPhone max, and you can see, you know, I've got lots of text, you know, lots 14:35 of products, lots of text, and for me, that's really neat, and you're nice, I like that. But if I go into my iPhone settings, um, now I'm not using the default text size settings in my phone. 14:47 So if I go into, um, settings, things. Then I go into display and brightness, and then I go into text size. 14:56 Um, I've got that slider. All the way down. All the way down. Yeah. That's just me, I like it. But if I dial that up to half way, which is, um, the iPhone comes out of the box. With it half way. You'll see the text on the vint neck, it's a little bit bigger. Yep. And if you dial it all the way up to... 15:14 The top, it gets bigger again. And that's important because, And the buttons get bigger as well. Some of us rely on these. 15:23 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, um, so that's another thing is that sort of, um, even though, you know, even though it's a small screen, um, you can, Choose it friendly. 15:34 Get more out of that small screen by dialing down the text. Um, and to be, Fair, you know, the, I mean, I had a, When we started, um, in 2017, um, we started with, um, you know, pause on an iPhone, but it was an iPhone 5. Right. And I've got... I've got an iPhone 5 at home. And I Edit in 2017, some of 16:04 the stuff were like, the screen's too small, the screen's too small. I don't think you've got that excuse anymore, like the screen's a nice and big. 16:11 Um, so, but even if, even if you don't like using a phone, you can dial up the size of the, of the text on the phone as well. 16:20 Um, so that's a bit on iPhone. Can I jump in and, uh, left your question? Some people, People are not iPhone or Apple fans. Yeah. Yeah. And, you know, we don't, we're not friends with us. No. We, we are. But, uh, some people think, well, can I First of all, if we built it for Android and iOS, doubles 16:55 our development cost scheme. Um, frankly, cause you, you know, you're developing for two platforms. Um, second of all is, um, frankly security. 17:05 Um, they have been fake, combank, absolute shop on the app store. Really? Yeah. Um, look, Android is getting better at it obviously. 17:15 But, you know, we're dealing with customer details, customer credit cards. Um, we just, you know, we, we just, that, that's another reason. 17:24 Um, another reason, frankly, like with, particularly with iPads, like, you're handing, you're handing a tablet, if you're, if you're handing a tablet over to a customer. 17:33 Um, um, now, not everyone would think this, but me being an Apple fan. And I probably would. Um, if you handed me an Android tablet, one of the things going through my head would be, wow, they can't even afford an iPad. You know, so there's, there's a bit of branding in there as well. But it's a reliability 17:50 question more than anything, isn't it? There's a bit of a, yeah, there's a reliability thing as well because, and that's really the fourth reason is because, um, to be brutally honest, if we built, if we built it for Android, a lot of people would- a lot of people would just go out and get the cheapest 18:06 , shittiest Android tablet on the market and then ask questions why the positive isn't working. Yep, um, have issues. Yeah, whereas- hardware issues, not software issues. 18:14 No matter how much of a fanboy you are about, Android, no one can deny that Apple is better at keeping their hardware, uh, keeping the software up to date. 18:25 Right. So, you know, I haven't seen a- for a while, but, um, there are all these, um, you know, all these things out showing that X% of Apple hardware, no matter what age it is, you know, X% like 80%, 90% is running the latest operating system, uh, version, whereas on Android it's like, you know, the 18:46 majority are running an old Android version, you know, and- um, yeah, and the argument where, not to get into an Apple Android argument, but like, you know, the old thing of, you know, ah, there are more Android phones out there than Apple, and it's like, well, of course there are, because all the grannies 19:04 are buying the cheapest phone, they just want a phone, and the cheapest phone is an Android phone, so yeah, of course there are gonna be more Android, Android devices out there. 19:15 Um, but Apple- Apple. Oh, it's just, and also to it's your pause, right? So, Apple, look, sorry, it's just more reliable, um, and we make no, no bones about it. 19:25 But you're also owning your hardware, and it's, and it's not specific for the software use, like some other competitor point of sale systems where- Oh, you're not buying dedicated hardware, no, no, I mean- You can repurpose it for many things. 19:37 Yeah, I mean, I- Look, I tend to think if you're running pause on it, you should kind of, um, you do want to sort of, if it's the iPads for the pause, the iPads for the pause. Um, especially if you've got low bandwidth or something, like, yeah, you can put Spotify on the iPad as well on Instagram and 19:56 whatnot, but, you know, if you're streaming Spotify and trying to complete a sale, and the- and the sale's not getting through, maybe- I'm streaming Spotify, so you can, but, you know, it's, um, gone are the days where you've got to buy a $10,000 pause unit. 20:13 Um, you know, basically, it's an iPad, and everyone's got an iPad lying around. Pretty much, you know. And they're cheap to buy a second hand, just as much as the phones. 20:22 Exactly. Yep. Um, so that's iPhones, um, but probably key takeaway. Like, MagSafe battery packs, um, I think they're awesome. Um, okay, so now let's talk about iPads. So, why an iPad? Um, so, I people, that was like, another piece of key feedback that everyone gave us was that they prefer Grid's to list 20:57 . So we put it in a Grid. Um, so one screen. Um, the other thing is that, uh, frankly, you can get different sized iPads. 21:06 So, ugh. So here's- ooh, here's my iPad Pro versus a iPad Mini. Um, so- you can see the Mini fits two rows. 21:18 Um, two rows, five across, uh, the iPad Max, or, sorry, the iPad 12.9 inch fits three rows with six across. Um, now I uh, they work, um, no matter what. 21:43 Um, I think, too, just the, um, I mean, everyone's a bit different, but, um, so I've got a pro, I've got a big one, which I, cause you know, I use this for mocking things up and what not, and I use it with the pencil a lot, but I must say, the iPad Mini, it's so cute. Like, you hold that, it's like, 22:05 and it's light, and it's light, it's one hand, um, and a little trick, here's a, here's a little trick that some people don't know. 22:13 So let's say, for example, um, you know, you've got, um, so let's say on the pro, you go cool, we're gonna look for a customer and it brings up the full screen keyboard. 22:25 Um, on a, on a mid- mini, and I think, uh, the, uh, I think the normal iPad too. So there's the mini, there's the iPad mini, the iPad, and then the iPad pro, and the air, max, ah, yeah, and the air. So the air, the iPad, the iPad, air, well here, actually here I've got the Apple, uh, the Apple website 22:50 here. Um, the- the, yeah, so you got, yeah, you got the iPad mini, the iPad, the iPad air, which is small and big, and then the iPad pro, which is small and big. Um, so, um, lots of choice. Lots of choice, but the thing I with the full screen keyboard as well, but did you know that if you like typing 23:23 with your thumbs? You can still do that. No, you can put your thumbs down, right? It splits it, yeah. And splits the eye, and so now you can type, type with your thumbs. 23:34 I don't know if you can see that, but yeah, so you're able to do that. Um, the other thing, um, that- Um, a little fun for- and some people might know this already, but, um, if you're, you know, if you're typing a whole bunch of stuff on the iPad, and you want to move the cursor, yes, you can hold your 23:46 finger down and move the cursor that way, but another way you can do it is to put two fingers on the keyboard and it turns the keyboard into a trackpad as well. Yeah, and you can move the cursor around like that. Even one finger on the spacebar I Yes, it does. 24:04 Oh yeah, there you go. There you go. It's got to talk me something. Um, yeah, so, um, little, little tricks and whatnot, so, um, as I say, there's something about the iPad mini that I Pads, um, they don't have the tap, tap to pay chip in them. 24:31 Yeah. Uh, the way that iPhones do, so you would still need to pair it up with a Bluetooth, um, reader, which obviously we supply. Um, but you can also, you can get cases where, um, I Nude on it so it's around your neck and whatnot. 24:54 Um, so by hook or by crook, you can still get that sort of similar type experience. Um, if you are going to buy an iPad, not an iPad mini, because the iPad mini doesn't have it, but if you are going to buy an iPad, um, I Um, the reason for that is that you can use it with a, um, uh, Magic Keyboard, Magic 25:24 Keyboard, and Trackpad. Um, so iPads, so all iPads and iPhones, um, but all iPads, um, will work with a Bluetooth keyboard, so any old Bluetooth keyboard will work. 25:39 Any Bluetooth mouse. And that gives you a more screen real estate if you're using an external keyboard, right? Yeah, because you can see here now I've got the full screen showing I don't have the keyboard taking up half the screen. 25:51 Um, so you can use any Bluetooth keyboard and any Bluetooth mouse. Um, I, I mean you can, but it's just, you know, whenever you're talking Bluetooth, that's another battery that's got to be charged. 26:04 Yeah. Um, another thing that's got to be paired, and the pairing is usually fine. Like, you don't need to worry about pairing, but, um, but if you get one that's kind of, you know, hardwired, you know, it's literally connected on, um, you, um, if it's literally connected on, then you don't, you don't 26:22 have to have a battery for this. And I might want to make an important point, aesthetically it looks really schmick. 26:28 I think it looks, Yeah, it looks sexy as hell, right? Yeah. I mean, if portraying a premium image, you know, you don't, don't be wanting a half-beaten-up cord hanging out of a device. 26:38 Yeah, well, that's the other thing, right? You would, if you, so say if you get the Apple one, um, you know, if you're doing Bluetooth, you've got the charging, you know, you've got the charging port up here, so you've still got this cable hanging outside. 26:49 Whereas on this, the charging, it's subtle. The charging port down there, um, so it's all, you know, tucked off off to the side, so it does look really neat. 27:00 Um, so I tend to think, I mean, look, and again, these things, now, to be fair, these keyboards on Apple, they're expensive, they're like 500 bucks. 27:10 Um, but, um, lots of people buy them and then don't use them, so they're actually, you can get- You can get them on, um, you can get them on eBay, cheap, like half price. 27:22 Um, and, and they've got a trackpad as well, so I'll see if I can show you that. So, on the screen here, I've got my trackpad, but you'll see, oop, there's a dot, so, you know, keyboard and mouse. 27:35 Um, and obviously I can use my fingers, um, or I can use the trackpad. Yeah, I'm so, I really like that. 27:43 Um, the other thing that I thought is worth sharing, um, for an iPad, is, I'm gonna do a bit of this. 27:50 Um, so, we've got the iPad here. So, same way with an iPhone, we make the most of the iPhone's hardware and capabilities, so we'll be able to tap to pay on iPhone. Um, on an iPad, Um, iPads, you can now run multiple apps at once. 28:08 Yeah, right. So, you can have two, uh, two, um, apps on the one screen. You split it. And you can split it. 28:14 So, there are these little buttons up here. These three little dots. Um, don't know if you can see that, but there are three little dots, and you can say, split view slide over. 28:23 So, let's say we go split view, and then it says, well, what's the other app you want to use it with. 28:28 So, if- If I use, um, uhh, why not? Well, the with why not, but let's say I use calculator, right? 28:36 Um, so now, and I go, I want to, that big. So now, you've got to calculate it. If you need it, you've got to calculate it on the side. 28:46 So you can, you can go, yep, I want to, you know, tap, tap, tap, tap, add products to my shopping gut. 28:50 And if for whatever reason you need to calculate, you've got the calculator. Here on the side, but that might be your booking app. 28:56 Or it might be your Facebook. It might be your Facebook. Um, so yeah. Um, so we've, you know, we've built it so it's all, um, it's all as optimized as, as possible. 29:05 Um, so what else do we, so we do have notes that we've written down of what to go. So through, it's not fully scripted. 29:19 Um, blah, blah, blah, blah. We've shown that. We've shown that. Uh, ah! Uh, something else about an iPad. Um, you can do it on an iPhone too. 29:29 But, um, if you want, so let's say I'm going to grab my iPad mini here, right? Um, now, you can, You can actually, you've got the USB-C connected down here. 29:46 Now, if you've got a, um, if you've got an external monitor, and that can be an HDMI with an adapter or an external monitor with a Thunderbolt connection. 29:58 What's a Thunderbolt? Okay, so you've got USB-C cable, so the problem is, they both, Look the same. Yeah. Um, so these are both, these are both, um, USB-C, um, cables connections. 30:14 Um, the thing is, this one costs three, four times as much. Um, then these, so these, the USB-C cables that come with the phones and whatnot, they're just kind of charging cables. 30:26 Yeah. Pretty, they're pretty much charging cables. Is it charging? Yeah, the Thunderbolt cables are data cables. So, um, this thing will do audio, video, and power. 30:33 Um, and, um, so some monitors, like this one, I can plug in my Thunderbolt cable. And when I plug this into my computer, it charges the computer. 30:53 Yeah. It does downstream charging, upstream video. Yeah. Um, and, um, whereas if I plug this in, it will do only downstream charging. 31:01 Yeah. Um, but again, um, now Apple sell these, they're rip off, they're like, 80 bucks for a 1 meter cable. 31:11 Um, Amazon, 29 bucks, I think. And they're like a 3 meter cable, 2 meter cable. Yeah. Um, just get a good brand though. 31:20 Like, you know, get, again, get a bell curtain or, or, um, don't, don't get the cheap as you can get. 31:24 Um, but you don't need, you don't need to get the Apple one. Um, but the thing is, is that, so now, and again, like I said though, if your monitor doesn't have a USB-C Thunderbolt, um, you can do an HDMI. 31:40 HDMI cable goes into an HDMI. HDMI to USB-C adapter, and you can plug that into your iPad, because then when you plug your iPad into the monitor, mmm. Let's see if I as the, uh, as the computer. 32:07 Now, obviously, if I've got a, if I've got a keyboard and mouse, um, if I'm hard-wiring or Bluetoothing a keyboard and mouse into the iPad, then obviously the iPad is kind of like a little computer, and you're using the big screen, and actually, um, you can also get, uh, you know, how you've got those 32:27 , you know, you plug in one USB-C Uh, USB-C dongle, but there's got all the other ports. Multi-port adapter. Yeah, so you can plug in a, an adapter into this, and into that adapter, you've got your hard-wired ethernet internet. 32:42 Yep. You've got your HDMI, um, screen. Yep. You've got, you can even have a hard-wired keyboard and a hard-wired mouse and- And power goes in there. 32:52 And power. Yeah. Um, so basically then, um, you don't need a lap, you know, you don't need a laptop sitting on your, on your, um, desktop. 33:00 You can just use the iPad, the iPad, is it? And they're only 30 bucks. Oh, they're not even, they're like 15 bucks, I It's not just iPhones and iPads, you can actually, uhh, thanks Google, for putting that up in my video. 33:25 Um, you can actually also run, uh, Vintner on a Mac. Um, so, if we go, well, I've already opened it. 33:35 Um, but, um, so this is a, this is running natively on the computer, and the thing about that. That is that if I want to make this full screen, um, I can make it full screen. 33:46 So, um, yeah, and, um, that's just really nice. Um, and obviously, you know, you have it in, you know, ultra landscape, or ultra portrait, right, whatever you want. 34:00 Um, so, you know, if you've got a Mac, now it's got to be a Mac running Apple. Silicone, which pretty much all of them are now. 34:08 Um, but, um, I mean, I've got a Mac book here. Um, and, um, and it runs, been great. And, um, something that the, that Vinton does, that the old one didn't, was that you can now be logged into more than one device, um, at a time. 34:27 So, the old one, if you're logged into, uhh, uhh, uhh, if you logged into a second iPad, it would boot you out of the first iPad, whereas now I Wi-Fi connection, and we're going to do a separate video on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, network, et cetera, is you've got to back up, you've got the network as you back 35:03 up, if the Wi-Fi's down, and things like that. Well, actually, that's something I didn't say about the iPads, is if you're going to buy an iPad, personally I'd spend the extra $150, get the iPad that takes a SIM card in it, um, because, you know... To get a data SIM card added to your plan, I think, 35:20 I think Telstra's 15 bucks a month, or you get a prepaid one, but, um, it's basically, yeah, if the Wi-Fi shits itself, you've always got a SIM card back up. 35:34 Um, so, if the battery dies, you've got a, you've got a battery pack back up, if the, if the Wi-Fi dies, you've got a SIM card back up. 35:42 Um, and certainly, um, you know, with, um, and that, that's quite poignant, too, because people, you know, you get a big storm rolling through the Hunter Valley, everyone's power goes out, and everyone's internet goes out, but the people with an iPad or an iPhone running a SIM card and a battery, they're 36:02 fine. They're still transacting. Um, but the key thing is that, like, you don't have to get the latest and greatest, you don't have to get the $2,500 iPhone. 36:15 Um, you can get the $500 iPhone and it'll work great. Um, and indeed, uh, those two, we do rent iPads and iPhones, um, to people, so, um, one of the benefits of that is, is that, uh, so we rent a whole bunch of iPads out to people already. Um, and, uh, the data, uh, the data is on our data plan. Our 36:33 data plan's like, I And so, you don't have to worry about software updates. 36:57 You don't have to worry about app updates, cause basically, we do it all, all on our end. Um, and so, you know, if there's any problems, you know, if there's any problem with the device, um, you can reach out to us and we can reset it, we can redo it, we can lay out the screen, um, a certain way, we 37:15 can lock out, we can lock out apps, so if you're a staffer watching YouTube we can, we can lock out YouTube, um, and, um, all sorts of stuff. 37:24 If an iPad gets stolen, which has happened, if an iPad gets stolen, we can track it all the way to India, and, and, um, just, and then just brick it from our end. 37:35 Um, so we do rent, uh, we can rent, that's an option. Rent stuff as well. Um, and it's all Telstra. 37:42 Um, we don't, we don't scream out on that. Has to be Telstra. Has to be rural areas. Yeah, well, the other thing is that, like, when we, when we order from Telstra, um, you get a box and it's, you know, you get the, the apple box and it's all, it hasn't been opened, but you turn on the, you turn on the 38:00 device and it instantly goes, ah, this is managed, um, and it just turns into your pods. Like, you don't have to do anything. 38:06 So, yeah, that, that's an option for people as well. So, um, how long has that been? Thirty-eight minutes, a little bit longer than we thought, but, um, as is, we wanted to go through it. 38:18 Um, hope this helps. Uh, this is going to go into the, um, not with wine. Um, but, but nice to know. 38:25 But, but nice to know folder. Um, and people seem to like these videos, so I think we'll do some more Well, it's important that people get their head around hardware, because sometimes the software gets blamed for, um, performance issues. 38:36 Yes. And it's actually the hardware, um, that is causing the issue. Sometimes, yeah, yeah. So, um, anyway, but that's a key thing we've been, uh, um, lots of options, lots of flexibility, um, and lots of great new ways to, um, power your business. 38:52 So, hope this helps. And any questions, obviously? Hit us up, and, uh, we're here if you need us. Cheers. See ya later.
